The information we collect will vary depending on whether you are a Renter or a Lender:

1.1.4. Credit card or bank account information and routing number;

1.1.5. Any messages you send to us through the Platform.

1.2. Lender Information

1.2.1. Date of birth;

1.2.2. Full legal name;

1.2.3. Contact information, including email address, phone number, and current address;

1.2.4. Bank account information and routing number; and

1.2.5. Any messages you choose to send to us through the Platform.

2. Storage of Your User Data
We encrypt and store all of your User Data on servers in the United States. If you reside in a country outside the United States, please note that the data protection and privacy laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as the laws in your country. We will retain your User Data as long as we determine is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which you provided your User Data, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

3. Personal Information from Minors
We do not offer our Services to, or target, persons under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will remove any information we receive from people we believe to be under the age of 13 from our database and cancel any corresponding accounts.

4. Use of User Data
We use User Data to create your account, provide and communicate with you about the Services, offer additional products and services, and, if necessary, enforce our Terms of Use and prevent imminent harm to people or property. 9. Updating and Deleting User Data

We will respond to your request within a reasonable amount of time from when you submit the request. For your protection, we will only implement requests with respect to the User Data that is associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. If necessary and permitted by applicable laws, we will retain certain Personal Information beyond your deletion request for recordkeeping purposes, such as retaining records relating to accounting purposes.

10. Opting Out

10.1. Not Providing User Data
You can choose not to provide User Data, although failing to provide User Data may prevent your use of the Services and affect our ability to adequately respond to your requests.

10.2. Opting Out of Emails
If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, you can adjust your account settings to opt out of receiving such communications or choose to unsubscribe from the link in the e-mail that you no longer wish to receive. 

11. Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of User Data according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by providing the updated Privacy Policy on our website, sending you an e-mail, or posting a notice on our website so that you are always aware of the information that we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
